Buckingham is an experienced specialist asset recovery, asbestos removal, dismantling and demolition contractor. Our experience embraces a broad range of successfully completed Public and Private Sector schemes.

We own and operate our own, wholly owned, extensive fleet of dismantling and demolition specific equipment. This plant and equipment has the versatility to operate in various modes to suit structural demolition, metal processing, hardstand and foundation removal, as well as excavation. In 2008, we took delivery through Buckingham Plant Hire Ltd of a total of 8 Demolition Specification Excavators. These excavators were purpose built to specifications designed for our own requirements bringing added flexibility to our operations.

We also maintain an in-house team of fully-qualified and appropriately trained Plant Operators, Burners, Top Men, Slingers and Soft Strip Operatives. Our teams are supervised by an established, experienced management team.

Our experience ranges from extensive, highly contaminated sprawling industrial complexes to complex inner-city, high rise demolitions. We have full experience in tackling constrained and difficult projects – particularly those which require separation of live buildings, continuity of service to retained premises and those with a rail interface.

We consistently promote the benefits of Early Contractor Involvement on our Projects. We will lead the feasibility and design process to ensure that asset recovery, asbestos removal, dismantling and demolition solutions are safe, robust, deliverable, competitive and cost-effective. Through considering all aspects of the regeneration solution, we ensure that the demolition, remediation, services arrangements, design levels, ground improvements and foundation solutions are fully integrated into one total package. We regularly undertake works on a Lump Sum, All Risk basis, thereby providing enhanced Surety of Programme and Cost for our Clients.
