Project Highlights:

Approximately 60,000sqft document storage facility occupied by Iron Mountain including 2 Nr. dock levellers and level access doors with associated external hard standing areas.

3,000sqft single storey offices finished to high specification, which includes the structural capability of being extended by an additional storey if desired.

External landscaping and car parking

Warehouse designed to be expandable in the future. Clients firewall already incorporated to minimise future disruption and maintain security whilst extension works are being carried out.
