The company undertakes extensive research and development into techniques, equipment and specialist suppliers that may be employed to provide innovative and cost effective solutions to a wide variety of project challenges.

With regard to Land Regeneration projects in particular we operate a range of equipment that has been specifically designed to help us provide cost effective solutions to the remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater. We can also offer a range of techniques to stabilise or treat both contaminated material or low strength soils.

With respect to construction techniques, we aim to maximise the use of pre-assembly and offsite manufacture. This applies in particular to the industrial and stadia sectors with the extensive use of precast concrete components and pre-assembled plant systems allowing rapid completion of large scale facilities.

The Company continues to develop modern IT systems allowing project teams to communicate and manage projects efficiently from the site location. We make extensive use of bespoke Project Web Portals for Design and Build projects in particular, allowing the effective input of designers, suppliers and clients to be efficiently coordinated by our project and design management teams.
