In addition to in-house resources, the Company has developed close and long standing relationships with a wide range of key suppliers. These include Design and Environmental Consultants, specialist sub-contractors and plant suppliers, hauliers and major material suppliers.

We manage these suppliers very much as part of our team, and contract with them on favourable payment terms in comparison to the general construction industry. Taken together with our positive management of projects, this builds strong long lasting relationships, enabling us to assemble highly effective teams at short notice.

With respect to any Design and Build project, if the project does not already have the professional team appointed, we are able to offer a Design and Build service utilising an appropriate designer. We have strong working relationships with a range of designers and consultants in respective service sectors.
