Our commitment and investment into People development over the last couple of years is industry leading. To attract and retain high calibre staff, we have developed a class-leading learning and development programme to meet the specific needs of our rapidly growing multi-disciplinary Construction business, and create an environment in which staff can thrive.
We have introduced an entry level development programme designed to attract, develop and retain School Leavers, College and University Graduates, working with Higher Education establishments to attract, identify and recruit high calibre, self-motivated graduates from diverse gender and ethnic backgrounds.
We have also developed an Apprenticeship Programme for the potentially untapped resource of young school leavers who wish to “learn on the job” rather than follow the traditional “university route” route into applicable Construction Industry professions.
